Yes. We allow returns up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date hair product / order left our facility, to the date the returned hair product is received). Orders returned after 30 days, do not qualify for a refund, and will be sent back to you.

The hair has double-stitched wefts to reduce the chances of shedding. The hair is "Remy" which means that all the cuticles are in the same direction. This reduces the tangling and matting that can occur with hair extensions.
