Refunds and Returns


We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive hair products and are not happy with how they look or feel, you may return the product for a refund, minus shipping charges  (if applicable).  To return your ordered item, send us an email at to notify us of your request for an refund and send your item to: Shipping Department Returns Only, 245 N. We allow returns up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date hair product / order left our facility, to the date the returned hair product is received). Orders returned after 30 days, do not qualify for a refund, and will be sent back to you.

 ***Please Note: To qualify for a refund, the hair bundles and or extensions must be in the original state, the same as it was sent to you. Any hair bundles unwrapped and or extensions worn, altered, or washed in any way, will not qualify for a refund, and all sales then become final! No Exceptions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your returned hair product met our requirements and conditions for a refund.

If you are approved, your refund we will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, we recommend that you first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
